of wisdom, long life and luck.

Jade reminds us that there is more to life than what we see as our physical
bodies. Something powerful and beautiful is moving inside us. Jade gives balance
to what we see (body) and what we don't see (spirit), so each revitalizes the
other.
Jade is a powerful gem for relaxation. It reduces stress. People who wear
jade reported that they feel calmer and relaxed when they wear jade. It produces
a serene or tranquil mood.
Jade helps us when we're depressed, especially when we feel stuck in a
situation. One gemologist advices her clients to "wear it when you can't stand
the person you're living with another minute longer. Or your job is driving you
crazy. Wear it whenever what you'd really like to do is run away, but you think
it's wiser not to."
Jade offers physical and emotional well-being, especially during unpleasant
or difficult situations by helping us feel more grounded. Though we may not be able to change
the situation, jade can help us accept and deal with it sanely.
